Who we are

E & R ENTERPRISES is a Tanzania-based business with established experience in sourcing, supplying and delivering a broad range of quality products from reputable manufacturers, particularly in China, to customers in Tanzania and across East Africa. Its existing business activities include furniture, school and office supplies, electronics, solar energy products, lighting solutions, playground and recreational equipment, uniforms and other selected products for homes, institutions and businesses.

As part of its continued growth and diversification, E & R ENTERPRISES is expanding its business interests into Real Estate. This new area is intended to complement the company's existing commercial activities by creating opportunities in property acquisition, development, investment, management and related real estate activities.

The Real Estate initiative builds on the company's existing experience in procurement, international sourcing, project coordination, supply-chain management and working with individual, institutional and business clients. The development of this business direction is further supported by the founder's professional background as an independent Advocate and legal practitioner. His experience in legal practice provides a valuable perspective in matters involving land, property, contracts, transactions, documentation and other legal considerations relevant to real estate and business development.
